Dr. Christopher Ramke was born and raised in Florida. After graduating high school, he attended the Ohio State University and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. While studying for his degree, Dr. Ramke volunteered many hours with craniofacial research to help further the advancement of dentistry and was acknowledged in several international research articles. He also assisted with a local dental shelter, providing much needed care to homeless veterans.
In 2018, Dr. Ramke received his dental degree from the LECOM school of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. After graduating, he worked under a highly experienced dentist and gained invaluable knowledge and skills in all aspects of dentistry. He also continued giving back to the community by volunteering for “Give Kids a Smile” and “Remote Area Medical,” where he was able to provide free dental care to children and families in need. After 5 years of practicing in southwest Florida, Dr. Ramke and his family decided to relocate to western North Carolina to be closer to family and to enjoy the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. He is looking forward to providing excellent dental care for the residents of Cherryville and its surrounding areas.
As a commitment to delivering exceptional care for his patients, Dr. Ramke has completed advanced postgraduate courses in endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and the esteemed Trinon Collegium Practicum implant surgery program. He is also Invisalign® certified and stays up to date with the latest techniques and materials available with continuing education courses. Dr. Ramke is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Ramke enjoys hiking in the mountains, photography, working on anything mechanical or electrical, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
